Public House and Restaurant

We are re-opening on Thursday 3rd December 2020 and we have missed you again!

The Ruddy Duck has been placed in Tier 2 of the new Government guidelines and we now face the following new restrictions:

  • No mixing of two households indoors.
  • No alcohol is allowed to be served without the purchase of a substantial meal at the same time.
  • Up to Six people from different households can meet outdoors (again the alcohol restriction still applies!)

Due to these new restrictions together with social distancing requirements, this has further reduced our table capacity. Therefore, bookings are essential to avoid any disappointment should we not be able to accommodate you.

Please note all bookings must be made by telephone (01733 252426). We will not accept bookings by email or social media.

We appreciate your cooperation and patience during these unfamiliar times and look forward to welcoming you back to the Ruddy Duck.

Andy and Sue Ruddy welcome you to the

Ruddy Duck Public House and Restaurant.

Built in the 17th century the Ruddy Duck is situated in the quiet picturesque village of Peakirk, near Peterborough. It is a traditional English pub with a warm friendly atmosphere and we offer homemade food served in our cosy bar, one of our two restaurants or alfresco style on our patio terrace.
